Privacy Policy

MoneySpoke is a private, invite-only personal finance tool operated by Freedom Plan LLC for internal use. It is not offered to the public and has no outside customers.

Signing in

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them only to identify you, check that you have been invited, and show who made each change inside the app. Sign-in asks Google only for basic profile information (openid, email, profile).

Financial information

The app stores the financial information entered into it or connected to it with read-only access: account names and the last 4 digits of account numbers, balances, debts, income, bills, goals, and plans. Full account numbers and bank or broker passwords are never stored. The app cannot move money or place trades.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share any of this information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. MoneySpoke's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts the app. Questions sent to the in-app assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use them to train models.

How we protect your data

• Encryption in transit: every connection uses HTTPS (TLS).
• Encryption at rest: the database is encrypted at rest by Cloudflare. Access tokens for connected accounts are also encrypted by the app with AES-256-GCM, using a key kept as a server secret.
• Access control: there is no public access. Every request needs a signed-in, invited Google account or an agent key. Agent keys are stored only as one-way hashes and can be revoked at any time.
• Secrets: credentials are stored as encrypted server secrets, never in the source code.
• Activity log: every change is logged with who made it.

Your choices

You can ask for your account and information to be removed at any time, and you can revoke the app's access from your Google account settings.
